Who this is

This site (dennydigital.com) is operated by Chris Denny, trading as Denny Digital, Sheffield, UK. For anything on this page, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact chris@dennydigital.com.

What data this site collects

This site does not use cookies or track you across other websites. Like any website, its host processes technical information such as your IP address when you visit, and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

Visitor statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are popular and which websites send visitors here. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not identify you.

Website enquiry form. If you use the enquiry form on the websites page, you send your name, email address, business name and what you do, plus your phone number, current website, how you heard about Denny Digital and any message if you choose to add them. The form also notes which website sent you here, for example Google or LinkedIn, so I know where enquiries come from.

Booking a call. The "Book a call" buttons take you to a Google Calendar booking page hosted by Google, not this site. There you'll be asked for your first name, last name, and email address (and any details you choose to add) in order to schedule the call.

Why it's collected

Enquiry and booking details are collected solely to reply to you, schedule a call, and quote for the Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Audit, website builds or related services. Nothing submitted is used for marketing or sold, and it isn't shared with anyone beyond the services named below that make the form and bookings work.

Where it's stored

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiry form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, which forwards them to Chris Denny's email and does not store them; its servers are in the United States. Emails are held in Google Workspace.

Booking data is collected and processed by Google (via Google Calendar's appointment scheduling feature), not by this site or its host. Google's own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. Once a call is booked, Chris Denny can see the name and email you provided in order to prepare for and conduct the call.

If you email chris@dennydigital.com directly instead, that message is handled the same as any personal email — see "How long it's kept" below.

How long it's kept

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for tax and accounting records. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email chris@dennydigital.com. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Material changes will be reflected here directly — there's no separate mailing list to notify, since none exists.
